Show Mrs. Hammond Dead. Mrs. Sarah M. Hammond, wife of Hfl Datus It. Hammond, of Salt Lake HJ City, died In that city Tuesday. The death was due to the III effects of j child-birth, she having just became M the mother of a baby boy. Mrs. Hammond was a Gamble of HJ Mlllvllle, before her raaniage, and HJ the remains were brought to this HJ county for Interment. Funeral ser- M vices were held In the First ward meeting house In Salt Lake City Wed- M ncsday afternoon. The News says: M "Tho building, which was beautifully M decorated and prepared for the occa- H slon, was crowded to Its capacity with M relatives and friends of tho estimable M lady who had been so suddenly and H unexpectedly called to tlis great bo- M yond.
