Show COUNCIL DECIDES TO TAX. Will Levy an Extra Three Mills And Meet Electric Light Competition. Committee Authorized to Confer With Telluride People as to Purchase. I The Logan city council In regular ff session Wednesday evening decided to 4 tax as a means of solving the light ( 4P situation. Tiic original resolution presented by the Electric Light Committee Com-mittee a few weeks ago vas adopted with a few minor changes.
