Tho Bishop Is enthusiastic over the prospect of the canal which Is now being built, for tho purpose of taking out the Mink Creek waters. The construction work Is being done on a co-operatlvo plan of of the settlers. All told there are lifty men and teams at work and a hundred and lifty men In the rock work. The Bishop thinks that the ditch will reach the Utah line by December, 1000. A. M. Freebalrn has commenced gathering stock, going north from Logan.
