Show Benson. BENSON, Feb 12 Snow, snow, beautiful snow, Is our song today, but very soon It will change to mud, mud, splashing mud. We expect too see several new buildings build-ings going up here this nest summer. Howard Reese will build on a piece of land purchased from N. Martlntau, south of the Riverside school , ne has the rock hauled already for the foundation. foun-dation. Prof. Jesse T. Reese's new home will be sooth of the meeting house. Tom Tarbet also contemplates building a new'home. Jonathan Smith, the son-in-law of L. L. Cash, will move Into the Cash home this spring with his family, he having bought the place. Dan Cash will have to move out. We shall be sorry to see them leave the ward. Mrs. Tarbet entertained a large party on Saturday evening with oyster supper. Relatives and friends frnm Logan were among the invited. It is reported that measles and chicken pox has made Its appearance In lower Benson and that persons who ought to stay at home are at large trying to spread the disease. |
