Show . Hyde Park. i UYDKf'AKIC, Feb. 10-On Tues day, Feb. 4, our veteran townsman, bsolom Woolf, reached his 70th milestone. mile-stone. On that day a goodly number of his child. en met at his home, and took dinner with him and his two be i loved wives. His son-in-law, Brother Charles England, wife and family, ol Logan, were present also. Brother Woolf came to Utah in 1847, and to Hyde Park In the early 60's. He is quite active for a man of his age and barring the palsy, from which he has suffered for several years, is enjoying good health. We wish him many happy returns of the day. Hay, and straw Is getting quite scarce with many of tho Hyde Parkers. Park-ers. Since we began raising beet we have raised less grain and hay, and mauy of our farmers now have to bur both these commodities. There will be a leap year dance next Friday evening, and a Primary dance next Saturday afternoon. The Old Folks' annual reunion, will be held Friday, Feb. 21. Commlttlcs are appointed and preparations are being made for a Jolly good time, Messrs. Seamons and Nlelsoo, car-pentors car-pentors and builders, havo Just completed com-pleted a large new barn for Chantrlll brothers of Benson ward. Brother Walter Klrby and wife havo left Hyde Parle and will hereafter reside in Trcmont, Box,E!der county. Duane Perkcs can now see a littlo out of the eye that was so badly Injured Injur-ed a few months ago. Mr. and Mrs. John Morse are rejoicing rejoic-ing over a One new baby girl, who came to their home Feb. fith. In honor of tho same, his wife, who thinks (as all other good wives should) that her husband is the only man that exists, Invited a goodly number of their friends and gave them an excellent supper.
