Show The Death of Mrs. 1 Mary Hawkes. I Of the death of Mrs. Mary Morgan-1 Morgan-1 Hawkes, who was burled here last j Sunday, the Pocatello Tribune of April 2, has to say: "The entire community was saddened sad-dened this afternoon by the announce-(ment announce-(ment that Mre. Mary Hawkes, be-i be-i loved wife of Joseph Hawkes of this jelly, had died at 12:55 o'clock this J afternoon at the family home, 431 , South Arthur avenue, of a nervous 'disease induced by goitre. Few women were wider known 'or more universally loved than Mrs. ' Hawkes. and the sympathy of all friends goes out to the bereaved husband hus-band and family. Mrs. Hawkes, wlo ( 1 was Mt?s Mary Morgan before her marriage to Mr. Hawkes at Logan, was the mother of seven children, tho eldest being 14 years of ago and the youngest 2. She was a faithful and (loving wife and mother, possessed of i all the domestic virtues and her demise de-mise ts a sad ono Indeed. Mrs. Hawkes 1 had been III with smallpox, together I with other members of the family, but had entirely recovered from th: disease, only to fall victim to a nervous nerv-ous alTectlon."
