On Tuesday evening a genuine sur-' sur-' prise was gtveu T. H. Reese. A big crowd took possession of his new, fine house by storm, causing quite a stir among the family. The usual picnic was' taken along and a glorious old time was kept up untllabout 2 o'clock In the morning. The Riverside school trustees have been busy this week taking an inventory inven-tory of all school property and are squaring up accounts to turn to the new board. The final act of the old district will take place about the end of this month, when the taxpayers will meet at a special meeting to consider compensation of trustees. |
