That more or less dissatisfaction has arisen hcie and there through icstrlctlons imposed by the rules governing the national forests cannot can-not he denied, and where the rules havn't caused dissatisfaction the method of administering adminis-tering the provisions have caused trouble. Then again, the usus of the national forests in days past see In the government's protective measures llttlo more than an autocratic or bureaucratic disposition to deprivo them of their rights, at least harmless privilege?. Those who aro dissatislled in 'any way should be represented repre-sented at this coming meeting or forever hold their peace. The meeting is to be held In Logan. Lo-gan.
