Show Booklet on 0SHA requirement is now available A new booklet "All About OSHA" gives the who, what, when, where, why, and how of the Federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, which Is aimed at protecting workers from on-the-job hazards in their places of employment. Curtis A. Foster, the U.S. Department De-partment of Labor's Acting Assistant As-sistant Regional Director for OSHA in Denver, said that the 28-page booklet informs employers em-ployers and employees of their resp:nsibilities and rights under un-der the Act. Foster went on to point out some of the helpful information con'tained in the booklet, including an explanation explana-tion of the inspection process, where to order printed literature litera-ture (such as standards and regulations), re-gulations), types of violations and accompanying penalty limits, lim-its, and a list of OSHA recordkeeping record-keeping forms and whera they can be obtained. Anyone interested in this booklet may obtain copies by writing to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Administra-tion, U. S. Department of Labor, Room 15010 Fedsxal Office Building, 1961 Stout St., Denver, Colo. 80202. In addition, copies may also be obtained from the OSHA area office Suite 309, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111.
