Show Former resident succumbs; honored at services PARAGONAH - Former Paragonah resident Dean Alexander Adams, 65, of Salt Lake City passed away August 22 in a Salt Lake City hospital after a long illness. Funeral services were held Saturday and burial was in the Redwood Memorial Estates. Mr. Adams was born in Paragonah July, 23, 1909 to Alexander and Sarah Jane Jones Adams and received his schooling in this area. He married Marie Blodgett in the Salt Lake Temple in 1932 and was later divorced. He retired after . 25 years service with the railroad and worked for the Fish and Game Commission. He was a scoutmaster for 26 years. Survivors include a son, Delmar Dean, Salt Lake City; sisters, Mrs. Ed (Belle) -Fuhriman, Salt Lake City; Mrs.-J Mrs.-J 'Joe (Edith) Nielson, Monteview, '"Idaho and Mrs. Ed (Frances) Slack, Henderson, Nev. Also surviving are four grandchildren. grand-children. A younger brother, Claude, lost his life overseas in World War II. |
