Show NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on August 16, 1974, Southern Utah Broadcasting Company tendered for filing with the Federal Communications Commission an application for a modification of its outstanding construction permit for Station KSUB-FM, Cedar City, Utah. Station KSUB-FM KSUB-FM WILL OPERATE ON Channel 223 (92.5 MHz) from studios located at 6200 West Highway 16, Cedar City, Utah. Southern Utah Broadcasting Company has requested authorization to operate with a transmitter located at Iron Mountain near Highway 56 with an effective radiated power of 41.06 kilowatts, and at an antenna an-tenna height above average terrain of 1691 feet. The officers, directors and 10 percent or greater stockholders of Southern Utah Broadcasting Company are Granite District Radio Broadcasting Broad-casting Company, Inc., Howard D. Johnson, Lucile M. Johnson, Virginia K. Anderson, Donald E. Cartwright, and Shirley J. England. A copy of the application for construction permit and the related material is on file for public inspection at the proposed studios of Station KSUB-FM, Cedar City, Utah, Monday through' Friday, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Pub.
