Show k I 11 FRED WRIGHT Lions installation held; Wright takes helm Fred Wright, Cedar City bus- lnessman, was installed as president pre-sident of the Cedar City Lions Club at recent ceremonies conducted con-ducted at the Town and Country Coun-try Restaurant. Wright succeeds Bud Chamberlain Cham-berlain at the helm of the Cedar Ced-ar City civic organization. Other officers who assumed Dositions for the cdmine year include: Cal Carter, first vice president; Richard Stucki, second sec-ond vice president; Carl Brad-shaw, Brad-shaw, third vice president. Named as Lion Tamer was Brent Wakeman with David J. Evans to take over as Tail Twister. Appointive off ices Include Scott Turner as treasurer and Ross Glass was named as secretary, sec-retary, a position he has held for the past 16 years. Serving on the board of directors di-rectors will be Foyer Olson and Pratt Bethers, newly elected members and holdovers Joe Jackson and Howard Thorley. The officers will serve through June 1974. I |
