Show Frehner completes Appraisal course Clayton Frehner of Cedar City, has completed a two-week course in real estate appraisal at the University of San Francisco. Sponsored by the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, Ap-praisers, the continuing education program was designed to keep experienced appraisers up with the latest techniques. It served also to introduce newcomers to the field of real estate appraisal. Frehner is a Realtor for D. W. Corry Real Estate Company. He and the other 100 participants par-ticipants will learn the results of their exams next month. "The art of real estate appraising ap-praising has grown more complex com-plex in recent years," AIREA education chairman Robert W. Ford noted at the outset of this year's program. It is necessary for good appraisers, he said, "to learn new procedures that are relevant to today's real estate market." The University of San Francisco, Fran-cisco, a Jesuit institution known for personalized education, has hosted the AIREA education programs for the past six years. |
