Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Locations in SLB&M. a-9098 (19-91) Richard Flin-spach, Flin-spach, Box 11, Modena, Utah 84753, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 6.0 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 39219. The water has been diverted from a 16-inch well, 200-600 ft. deep at a point N. 2320 ft. and E. 10 ft. from SV4 Cor. Sec. 27, T32S, R19W; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 320.0 acs. in WV2 Sec. 26; SE'4 Sec. 27, both T32S, R19W. Hereafter, 6.0 sec. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 14-inch well, 500 ft. deep at a point S. 10 ft. and E. 1320 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 25, T32S, R19W, (13 mi. N of Modena) ; and used from Mar. 15 to Nov. 1 for the irrigation of 320 acs. in WV4 Sec. 25, T32S, R19W. a-9101 (71-746) Rueben G. Jones, 97 So. 300 W., Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 16.80 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim 20584. The water has been diverted from a 6-inch well, 160 ft. deep at a point N. 894 ft. and W. 900 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 36, T33S, R14W; and used for the stockwatering of 2000 sheep and 200 cattle in Sec. 36, T33S, R14W. Hereafter, 16.80 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two wells as follows: (1) same as heretofore; (2) 8-inch well, 200-300 200-300 ft. deep at a point N. 1980 ft. and E. 990 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 2, T34S, R14W, (10 mi. SE of Lund); and used for the supplemental sup-plemental stockwatering of 6000 sheep, 50 cattle and 30 horses, but limited to 2000 sheep and 200 cattle in Sec. 36, T33S, R14W, Sec. 2, T34S, R14W. a-9103 (73-999) O'Larry J. Jones, Rt. 1, Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to; change the point of diversion and place of use of 640.36 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by Underground Water Claim 8180 (73-999, 73-1206, and 73-1709) as amended by Change a-8367. The water has been diverted from a 14-inch well, 250-450 ft. deep at a point S. 100 ft. and E. 100 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 17, T36S, R11W; and used for the supplemental stock-watering stock-watering of 2000 sheep, 200 cattle and 6 horses; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 155.8475 acs. in SW'4 Sec. 8, NNWV4 Sec. 17; NEV4NEV4 Sec. 18, T36S, R11W. Hereafter, 640.36 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from two 16-inch wells, 250 ft. deep at the following points: (1) same as heretofore; (2) S. 100 ft. and W. 2540 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 18, T36S, RllW, (3 mi. W of Cedar City); and used for the supplemental sup-plemental stockwatering same as heretofore; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the supplemental sup-plemental irrigation of 156.0 acs. but limited to the sole supply of 155.8475 acs. in SW'4 Sec. 8; NV2NW4 Sec. 17; NNEV4, NEV4NW4 Sec. 18, T36S, RllW. a -91 14 (73-2337) Harry Franklin Holmes, Power of Attorney, 235 So. 200 E., Cedar City, Utah 84720, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 3.0 ac. ft. of water as evidenced by a deeded portion of Appl. 27779 (73-1349). The water has been diverted from two existing wells at the following points: (1) S. 35 ft. and W. 1037 ft. from E'4 Cor. Sec. 35; (2) N. 795 ft. and W. 1078 ft. from EV4 Cor. Sec. 36, both T36S, R12W; and used for the supplemental sup-plemental stockwatering of 2000 sheep, 100 cattle and 5 horses; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.75 acs. in E'2, EMiW'z Sec. 35.T36S, R12W. Hereafter, 3.0 ac. ft. of water is to be diverted from a 6-inch well, 100-300 ft. deep at a point W. 400 ft. and N. 600 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 28, T36S, R13W, (13 mi. W. of Cedar City); and used for the domestic purposes of three families, stockwatering of 9 cattle; and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for the irrigation of 0.14 ac. in EMtSW4 Sec. 28, T36S, R13W. Protests resisting the granting of these applications with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before Nov. 27, 1976.
