Show Interested persons may file either a written comment com-ment or a petition to investigate in-vestigate with the commission com-mission to become a party to this abandonment and discontinuance proceeding. A copy of each petition to investigate or written comment shall be served upon the representative of the applicant; Joseph D. Anthofer, 1416 Dodge Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68179. Replies to comments or petitions, the latter shall be in the form of a verified statement, shall be filed with the Commission no later than July 7, 1977 and shall be served on all commenting parties and petitioners. The original and 2 copies of all petitions, comments and replies shall be filed with the Commission together with a certificate of service. In the event a petition to investigate prepared in accordance with the above instructions is filed, then the Commission will conduct an investigation of the abandonment aban-donment and discontinuance. discon-tinuance.
