Taylor is also a momlx'r of the United Ely-Tiers Association and the Model "A" Ford Club of America. lie received his HS and MS degrees in industrial education from Utah State University and his EdD in curriculum development from Brigahm Young University. Earlier this year, Taylor was appointed president of the , Utah Industrial Education Advisory Committee, Com-mittee, a position he will assume this fall. The state-wide IEAC includes in-cludes all vocational directors in secondary education; heads of industrial in-dustrial education depart monls from Utah Slate University, Hrigham Young University and SUSC; and state specialists in industrial arts and trades and industry. in-dustry. The main function of this committee is to coordinate coor-dinate secondary and post secondary industrial education programs in the state.
