Show Workshop on Dying and Death for the cultural and psychological needs of loved . ones. More information about The Trouble With Dying may be obtained by calling the SUSC School of Continuing Con-tinuing Education at 586-4411, 586-4411, extension 313. The Trouble With Dying, a four-hour workshop developed to help professionals minimize problems related to dying and death, will be offered Thursday at Southern Utah State College. It will be held from 1-5 p.m. in the Old Administration Ad-ministration Building, Room 204. A $10 registration fee will be charged all par- upon the various symbols and meanings associated with dying and death, and will involve participants in the preparation of life histories, obituaries, and the . eulogy. 1 "The workshop has been planned for the professional person," Williams indicates. "The experience may be too intense for someone who has recently lost a loved one." Topics covered during the workshop will include gaining and keeping a positive ; attitude toward life and living; developing contingency alternatives for possible health decline or physical immobility; making plans for the eventuality of death itself; and developing a sensitivity ticipants. The workshop is a condensation con-densation of a weeklong workshop, Death and Dying, being taught at SUSC this week by Morgan J. Williams, Associate professor of sociology.
