I V Mr Hiehard Van Ausdal of Washington, I'tah has been chosen by I he I'tah Vocational Associated as Utah's outstanding. Distributive Education Instructor. The award was presented to him during, recent ceremonies at I'tah State l iiiversily in l.ogan I'tah Vocational Association President KEIa Wardle says "this award is unite prestigious and takes on great significance when you realize that Kiehard was selected by his college and high school peers." Mr Van Ausdal is Director of Marketing at Dixie College, St George. His education was received in Parowan, where he graduated form High School after being active in many sports and academic activities. He graduated from I'tah State University with a I5.S. He lias taught at Dimo College since I !,'. Previous experience in eludes teaching, at Highland High School in Sail Lake City, working as a retail salesman, I'm. nice Con sultanl and Pa Clerk, and assistant manager at 'ion National Park lie is a member of many professional organizations and civic clubs, as well as the I'tah Junior Collegiate DECA Hoard of Directors and the I DEI' Hoard of 1 'ircctors He enjovs many outdoor spoils including tennis, bow hunting and fishing Ho and his wile Hounie have two daughters, Krin two, and Carly four months. .
