The hearings will be held as follows: Tuesday, December 13, 1977, 7:00 p.m. Dixie High School Auditorium 350 East 700 South, St. George, Utah Thursday, December 15, 1977, 7:00 p.m. State Office Building Auditorium Salt Lake City, Utah Tuesday, December 20, 1977, 7:00 p.m. Juab High School Auditorium 146 North Main, Nephi, Utah The proposed adoption would provide for a speed limit on all public highways within the State of Utah of 55 miles per hour unless otherwise designated lower.
