Show Judy Gowan feted at trousseau tea Mrs. D. G. Cowan entertained enter-tained at a Trousseau Tea Saturday, January 1, for her daughter Judy at the home of the prospective bride's grandmother, Mrs, Charles R. Hunter. About 225 guests were present to enjoy the Tros-seau Tros-seau Display. A pink and red color scheme was carried out in the decorations. Refreshments were served from a buffet table covered with a red velvet cloth. Pink cloths on the small tables were centered by wedding bell-shaped candles surrounded sur-rounded by evergreens for a festive atmosphere. The table decorations were done by Mrs. Forrest Hunter. Presiding at the punch bowl was Ora Smith. Assisting in the Kitchen and Trosseau Rooms wore Mrs. Ross Glass, Mrs. Fred Wright, Mrs. Evan Dobson, Mrs. Bruce Osborne, Mrs. Gordon Knell, Mrs. Dallon Gardner, Mrs. Paul Larsen, Mrs. Jim Turnbaugh, Mrs. Fred Green, Mrs. Garth Jones and Misses Judy Roberts, Ro-berts, Kathy Cowan, Michelle Mich-elle Gardner, Ranae and Lorl Green. Miss Cowan will become the bride of Mr. Harry Reed of Castro Valley, California on January 29. |
