Dedication ceremonies for the new LDS Institute of Re-1 ligion and SUSC Stake Center is scheduled to be held Sun day, Feb. 13 at 2:00 pjn. in connection with the SUSC Stake Conference, it is announced an-nounced by Dr. Joseph C. Felix director. In addition a new Stake Presidency will be sustained at the Conference Session Sunday Sun-day morning. The general conference con-ference session is slated to begin at 10 a.m. Both the conference session and the dedication are open to the public. Representing the LDS Church authority and sched-l uled to give the dedicatory prayer is LeGrand Richards, a member of the Council of the Twelve. ' In conjunction with the ded-Ication ded-Ication of the new building and change in leadership in the stake a reception and open house has been planned. The reception honoring outgoing out-going Stake presidency including includ-ing Hobert B. White Jr. president presi-dent and his counselors, Dr. Joseph C. Felix and Wallace D. Soblom, will be held immediately im-mediately following the dedi-cation dedi-cation program. At the same time an open house of the building will be held and tours of the muti-use facility will be given to the public. In addition to the ' address and dedicatory prayer by El-er El-er Richards a historical background back-ground of the building and Institute program on the SUSC campus will be given by Dr. George Strebel, associate director. dir-ector. Also speaking will be retiring Stake president Robert White and Dr. Royden C. Brait-waite, Brait-waite, president of SUSC. Special musical selections will include two numbers by the Institute Men's Chorus; a vocal solo by Dan Nelson and prelude and postlude by Elaine Hale. Invocation will be by Carl E. Shakespear, president of the LDS Student Association and Leland Fife,' student body presient at SUSC will offer the benediction.
