Show Counsel Service Offered CHS Students Cedar High School will provide pro-vide a special counselling service ser-vice for students Thursday and Friday, Aug. 21 and 25, principal princ-ipal Clair Morris announced this week. The service has been set up to assist students prior to lormal opening of school on Monday, Aug. 28. Principally involved are students who did not pre-register last spring, for new students moving into the community and for those who need changes in their schedules. Personnel will be available on tne 24th and 23th to provide pro-vide individual assistance, On Monday, Aug. 28, stu. dents will be provided with copies of their schedules, pay fees, get locker assignments, receive student cards and take care of other registration matters. mat-ters. Students will register on an alphabetical time schedule as follows: Q Z, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. A-H, 11 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. I P, 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Classes at the high school have been set up on a 20 minute min-ute module basis and has created cre-ated some difficulty for students stu-dents who have not worked with the type of scheduling in the past. |
