Show i , Higher Education Laboratory Ends NTL Series at Local College A total of 20 colleges and universities from throughout the nation are represented by participants in the Higher Education Ed-ucation Laboratory now in its last week at College of Southern South-ern Utah. Sponsored by National Training Laboratories, the course is one of four that began be-gan at CSU August 6. Other groups include Community Development, Human Relations, Rela-tions, and Education. In addition addi-tion to the CSU program, NTL laboratories are held each summer at Bethel, Maine, and Lake Arrowhead, California. The Higher Education laboratory lab-oratory is in its eighth year as an NTL program. Others have been in existence for up to 21 years. In the words of NTL administrators, ad-ministrators, the laboratory offers "a unique learning opportunity op-portunity for teams of students, stu-dents, faculty and administrators administra-tors to explore the human forces affecting the development develop-ment of the learning culture in the college Community a personal experience oriented toward increasing one's skill in working with others as learners and as constructive agents in bringing about changes that increase the learning potential of the college col-lege setting."
