Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to change water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless un-less otherwise designated. Locations Lo-cations are SLB&M. a-5369, Leo J. Gardner, Enterprise, En-terprise, Utah, proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 325.63 ac-ft. ac-ft. of water evidenced by Underground Un-derground Water Claim No. 21888 (71-2486). The water has been diverted from a well at a point N. 530 ft. and W. 440 ft. from E4 Cor. Sec. 18, T34S, R17W, and used for domestic dom-estic purposes of one family, stockwatering of 175 cattle, and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 80 acs. All uses in Ela said See, 18. -s Hereafter, 325.63 ac.-ft. of water Is to be diverted from any, each or all of four existing exist-ing 16-in. wells, between 200 and 225 ft. deep, located as follows: 1 . N. 35 ft. and E. 2340 ft. from W4 Cor. Sec. 3; 2 N. 80 ft. and E. 1380 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 3; 3 N. 50 ft. and E. 700 ft. from SVt Cor. Sec. 3; 4 . S. 1320 ft. and W. 1980 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 3; all of T35S, R16W. The water is to be used for domestic and stockwatering purposes described heretofore and from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 as a supplemental supply to irrigate ir-rigate 195.5 acs., limited to sole supply of 80 acs. Hereafter, 1137.6 ac.-ft. of water is to be diverted from either or both of two 16-in. wells 200-600 ft. deep, located as follows: 1 . S. 1570 ft. and E. 54 ft. from Cor. Sec. 1, 2 S. 1320 ft. from Ni Cor. Sec. 2, both of T34S, R11W, and used from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for irrigation of 284.4 acs. in NVa Sec. 1, NV2 Sec. 2, T34S, R11W, and Sec. 36, T33S, R11W. Sec. 36, T36S, R12W, and used for domestic purposes pur-poses of one family, for incidental in-cidental stockwatering, and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for irrieation of 100 acs. All uses in NEVi Sec. 36. T36S, R12W, Lot 3, Sec. 1, T37S, R12W. Hereafter, 1.67 sec.-ft. of water is to be diverted from a 16-in. well 325 ft. deep at a point S. 1510 ft. and W. 40 ft. from NE Cor. Sec. 36, T36S, R12W, and used as a supplemental supple-mental supply for stockwatering stockwater-ing of 700 sheep, 20 cattle, 2 horses, and from Mar. 15 to Oct. 31 for supplemental irrigation of 165.18 acs., limited limit-ed to sole supply on 100 acs., all uses in Sees. 30 and 31, T3S.
