Show Five to Receive Eagle Awards At Court of Honor With the December Court of Honor for Scouts of the lirian Head Boy Scout District, being designated as a quarterly Eagle Court, the event will be held on Sunday evening, Dec. 26 i.i the Parowan Third Ward Church, it is announced by W. Cloir Rowley, district advancement chairman. Mr. Rowley states that five Scouts of the district haw qualified quali-fied themselves to receive the co' ted Eagle Award and will receive them at the Sunday night affair. Following the regular presentation of advancement and merit badges, there will be a i special Eagle Ceremony with the five young men and members of i their families participating. The young men are as follows: I Craig Stubbs, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Stubbs, of Parowan First Ward Troop No. 341; Dale Hulet, son of Bishop and Mrs. Rupert S. Hulet, of Parowan Second Sec-ond Ward Troop No. 349; Jerry Robinson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clair Robinson, Larry Day, son of Mr. and Mrs. Norman Day, Ronald Johnson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Carlyle Johnson of Parowan ' Third Ward Troop No. 343. The latter two boys are both grandsons grand-sons of Mrs. Neta Wells. The Honor Court will begin at 7:30 p. m. with the opening and closing ceremonies to be conducted conduct-ed by scouts of Troop 343, under' the direction of Rodney Bentley, scoutmaster and Dewey Topham, assistant. An Invitation Is extended to all scouts and scouters of the district dis-trict to attend as well as the general public. |
