Show NOTICE TO WATTS USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Engin-eer to change or appropriate water wa-ter in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless un-less otherwise designated. All locations lo-cations are from SLBAM. To Chang ti a-3168 . Gordon W. Clark, 68 South 400 East, St George, Ut proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2.228 sec.-ft of water, as evidenced evidenc-ed by Underground-Water Claim No. 17282 and Water Users Claim No. 855, Escalante Valley Proposed Prop-osed Determination of Water Rights. The water was to have been diverted from a well at a point N. 173 ft and W. 175 ft from SE Cor. Sec. 17, T35S, R16W and used from Apr. 1 to Oct 1 to Irrigate 38 acres in SEKSEK said See. 17. Hereafter, it is proposed to divert di-vert 2.233 sec.-ft. of water from a 16-in. well bet 200 and 350 ft deep at a point N. 1310 ft and E. 1980 ft. from WK Cor. Sec. 5, T36S, R16W and use from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 38 acres in LoU 13 and 18 Sec. 5. T36S, R16W. a-3208 . Ivan M. Matson, 3438 Holyoke Drive, Los Angeles, Cal. proposes to change the point of diversion and place of use of &232 sec.-ft of water, at evidenced by Underground-Water Claim No. 20672 and Water Users Claim No. 1414, Escalante Valley Proposed Determination of Water Rights. The water was to have been diverted di-verted from a well at a point N. 156 ft and E. 138 ft from WK Cor. Sec. 28, T34S, R16W, and used from Apr. 1 to Oct 1 to irrigate 24.45 acres In SWK NWK said Sec 28 and for year, round incidental domestic requirements re-quirements of one family and Incidental watering of 1 cow, 200 chickens, 500 turkeys, 2 swine and 2 goats. Hereafter, it Is proposed to divert di-vert 2332 sec.-ft of water from a 16-ln. well bet 150 and 300 ft deep at a point N. 100 ft and E. 200 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 28, T34S, R16W. The diverting and carry-lng carry-lng works will consist of a pump, overnight storage reservoir and ditches. The water will be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to Irrigate 24.45 acres in SEttSWK said Sec. 28 for year-round incidental domestic requirements of one family and for Incidental watering water-ing 1 cow, 200 chickens, 500 turkeys, tur-keys, 2 swine and 2 goats. The water will be diverted by means of trenches, collecting ponds and boxes at each spring and conveyed convey-ed from Spring No. 1 through 1200 ft. of 6-in. pipe to Spring No. 2, where It will be commlngl-ed commlngl-ed and conveyed through 500 ft. of 6-ln. pipe to Muri Creek at a point N. 1750. 5351 ft. from S Cor. said Sec. 28 and conveyed con-veyed thereby 4 miles where it will be rediverted from Muri Creek at the WK Cor. Sec. 13, T37S, R12W and used as a supplemental sup-plemental supply from Apr. 1 to Oct 31 directly onto the lands for the irrigation of 960 acres in SH, SHNH Sec. 11. Ntt. NV4-SV4Sec. The water will be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 260 acres In W4, SHSEVi Sec. 15. EHNE4 Sec. 22, T37S, R12W. and for year-round year-round incidental stock watering of 100 cattle. 28374 - John M. Farrow, Summit, Sum-mit, Ut; 2.5 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from a 14-in. well 200 ft. deep at a point S. 430 ft. and VV. 285 ft. from EM Cor. Sec. 18, T34S. R9W. The water will be used from Apr. 1 to Oct 1 to Irrigate 240 acres in SESEVl Sec. 7. SWKSW Sec. 8, WHNWV; Sec. 17 and EHNEVi Sec. 18, T34S, ROW. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, applica-tions, with reasons therefor, must be In affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol.
