Show CEDAR CITY SOCIAL SWING Virginia Webtttr The J. W. Tingeys are making welcome In their home David Meller, a friend and recent convert con-vert to the LDS Church from Orange, Conn. Mr. Meller will be a guest of the Tingey family for a month. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Knell have been pleased to have their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Garrett, and three children chil-dren of Logan here with them along with their other daughter, Mrs. Richard Beatty, of Salt Lake City and her son Troy. Mrs. Beat-ty Beat-ty accompanied the Garretts to Cedar and was later joined by her husband. Entertaining Saturday evening for friends were Mr. and Mrs. Gene Smith. Thev enjoyed pizza supper at horre wi n their guests Mr. and Mrs. C'laiu Ashdown, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Holyoak and Mr. and Mrs. Richard Higbee. j Mr. and Mrs. Ellsworth Flanni-gan Flanni-gan have enjoyed having their grandchildren Steven and Sandi Sharp here with them for the past week. j Miss Minty Bulloch and Miss' Betty Bulloch of Salt Lake City, 1 spent the week end in Cedar City at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bulloch. They ! were here to help their father celebrate his birthday anniver-! sary. Two separate stork showers have honored Bobette Vorkink and Nadine Lovell this past week. Saturday afternoon, Mar. I 27, Bobette was honored by 27 guests who had been invited by hostesses Coleen Webster and , Marjorie Blackburn. At the other . stork shower, Nadine Lovell was the guest of honor while Bobette ! Vorkink and La Rene Bradshaw i served as hostesses. 22 attended the later social. 1 |
