Show Sophomore Carnival AtBACtoHave Attractions Galore Penny pitching, baseball throwing, fortune-telling, and a kissing booth will be some of the attractions at the annual Branch Agricultural college Sophomore Carnival to be held in the BAC gymnasium Friday, April 1, according ac-cording to LaVon Urie, sophomore sopho-more class president. Music at the carnival will be furnished by the Seven Notes orchestra. Concession booths will be erected in the gymnasium offering of-fering various types of carnival fun. It is a strictly no-date affair, says Urie. Everyone Is invited and if tradition holds, said Urie, it will be one of the year's outstanding out-standing dances. Co-chairman with Urie Is Yvonne Nelson, assisted by Henry Hen-ry Anderson, New York City; Erma Jean Bennlon, Delta, and Marilyn Mathls, New Harmony, all sophomore class officers. Kerry Jones and James Condie, both of Cedar City, are in charge of advertising. Refreshments are In charge of Joye Webster of Cedar City. |
