Show Overseas Mailing emulation Becomes Effective July 1st. After two more Issues of the Record Re-cord we must discontinue sending the paper to m?n In service overseas unless we have a written request thtt the paper be sent to tnem. The Record has been sent for some time to all local men whose addresses ad-dresses have been furnished by them or by relatives, whether they were stationed In the states or overseas, but a ne wregulation has been announced, an-nounced, to become effective July 1st., under which papers may be mailed overseas without the written writ-ten request of the person to whom It Is addressed. In the past few days we have received re-ceived a number of requests from men overseas, and others will undoubtedly un-doubtedly be received as soon as the men have had time to get letters let-ters back home. It will be necessary to discontinue mailing the papers until the letters are on file, and therefore some of the men may miss a few lssu s until their requests are cleared with the Post Master. |
