Show B. A. C. Faculty Active During Summer Quarter The faculty of the Branch Agricultural Ag-ricultural College facrs one of Its mast active perolds during the summer sum-mer quarter of this year. All faculty members are employed for the entire en-tire year and those not essential for specific work on the campus go to summer school or fulfill t. aching assignments at other colleges and University. I Dr. H. Wayne Dilggs, newly ap pointed Director of the B A C, will ccmpl te a teaching assignment nt the University of Wyoming. Grace Tucker, Head of the Home Economics Econ-omics Department, and Theron Ashcroft, Head of the Engineering Department, will both be , at the USAC, Miss Tucker cn a teaching assignment during the summer session ses-sion and Mr. Ashcroft as Engine r on a Irrigation Expeilment conducted con-ducted by the Experiment Station of the USAC. Lee LLston is in attendance at the Annual Coaching School at the USAC. Don Nelson, Librarian'.' and, A. W. Stephenson. Head of the Business Bus-iness Department, will both be at the Denver University, Mr Nelson to complete his work on his Master's Degree In Library Science, and Mr. Stephenson to commence work on his degree In Commerce. Preston Gledhill will continue his study in the field of English and Speech at the University of Wisconsin Wiscon-sin Mrs. LaVeve Whrtten will spend the summer at the McCunc School of Music and Art In Salt Lake City studing Modern dance The remaln-d;r remaln-d;r of the faculty will be on the campus carrying on the affairs of the Institution. |
