The other member-of member-of the Board Include Frank Williamson Will-iamson of Paragoii"h, E. Ray Ly: man of Parowan, Moroni, Prry o! Cedar City, Elmer Davl s of Kan-arra, Kan-arra, and Leo Knell of New Castle. Tom W. Jenson. Director of the State Water Users Ass'n cam to Cedar City for the purpose of organizing or-ganizing the Waters users of Iron County. He was assisted in this effort ef-fort by Wm. R. Wullac Chairman of the Utah Water Users Ass'n o' Salt Lake City and County Agent L. E. Tueller. The purpose of the State and County Water Us rs Ass'n will he to protect the resld nces of the state In their water rights and to conserve, prot ct. develop, and promote pro-mote by all legitimate means, all of the water within the county and the state and to foster the development develop-ment and bencflcal use of the wa'cr rerources. Mr. Wallace stat d to the group nresent at the organlatlon meeting that the Agrlculural resources of the state could be doubled with he wise conservation and efficient use of the waters of the state.
