Show NOTICE TO WATER I'SERS j The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer, by United States of America, U. S. Grazing Service, P. O. Box 1046, Salt Lake City, Utah, to appropriate appro-priate water in Iron County, State of Utah, for stock-watering purposes, pur-poses, throughout the entire year, all locations being from SLB&M. 16269 314 ac. ft. of water fromi an Unnamed Wash, tributary to Sevier River, by constructing an i Impounding dum to a height of 9 ft., the center of which is located at a point S. 1025 ft. and E. 865 ft. from KM Cor., Sec. 1, T35S. R20W. The capacity of the reservoir is 15.7 ac. ft., and it will inundate 4 acres of land embraced In NWi-NE4, NWi-NE4, Sec. 1, T35S, R20W. The reservoir re-servoir will be filled and emptied more than once during each year. 1627 .015 sec. ft. of water from Typhoid Spring, tributary to Unnamed Un-named Wash, at a point S. 655 ft. and W. 2499 ft. from E4 Cor., Sec. 35. T31S, R17W. The diverting and carrying works will consist of concrete con-crete collection box, 150 ft. of into, in-to, pipe, storage tank and metal trough. 16348 .05 sec. ft. of water from a 6-in. well, 536 ft. deep, located at a point N. 87 deg. 00 mln. W. 2495 ft. from E'4 Cor., Sec. 11, T36S, R15W The diverting and carrying works will consist of pump, storage tank and metal troughs. 16349 .05 sec. ft. of water, from a 3 Mi -in. well, 163 ft. deep, 1334 ft. from NW Cor., Sec. 20,' T35S, R19W. The diverting andi carrying works will consist of pump, steel tank and metal troughs. 1 16402 .08 sec. ft. of water from Quaking Asp Spring, tributary to Ash Creek, at a point S. 59 deg. 27 mln. W. 41767 ft. from EM Cor.,' Sec 23. T37S, R13W. The diverting and carrying works will consist of concrete collection box, 250 ft. of 2-ln. pipe and metal troughs. I 16403 .04 sec. ft. of water from Maple Spring, tributary to Ash Ash Creek, at a point S. 53 deg. 09 mln. 12 sec. W. 1572 63 ft. from NE Cor., Sec. 35, T37S. R13W. The diverting and carrying works will consist of concrete collection box, 250 ft. of 2-ln. pipe and metal troughs. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, with reasons therefor, must be In affidavit form, with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1.
