Show Kanarra Woman Dies Of Heart Attack Funeral services were held in the Kanarra Ward' Ohapcl Saturday for Mrs. Nora Davis Berry, 73, who died of a heart attack on Thursday Thurs-day March 14 at her home In Kanarra. Kan-arra. She had been In apparent good health and was stricken very suddenly, succumbing to the attack at-tack at about 3 a. m. The funeral services were conducted con-ducted by Bp. Lorenzo J. Williams. Opening prayer was offered by Parley E. Anderson of Cedar City. The musical program Included a vocal duet by Ava Batty and Owen Davis, accompanied by Thora Davis; a vocal solo by Alice Williams Wil-liams accompanied by Melba Sargent Sar-gent of Cedar City; two vocal duets by Ray Cosslctt and Myles Walker, accompanied by Mrs. Beth Leigh of Cedar City. The speaker." were Bp. Lehl M. Jones, Bp. J. Clair Piatt of Cedar City, and Alex Pace of New Harmony, Har-mony, with closing remarks by Bp. Williams. Benediction was by Wells A. Williams and dedication of the grave by Albert Berry of Provo. , Mrs. Berry was born at Kanarra on rccemter 24, 1873, a daughter of Jamei O. and Polly Williams Davis. She was married to George A. Berry In the Salt Lake Temple on October 8. 1896. She resided at Kannrra until 1913, moving to Salt Lake City at that time. She was active In chUrch affairs both In Kanarra and in Salt Lake City, serving In several capacities with M. I. A. and Relief Society organisation?. organ-isation?. Slie 1? survived by her husband, two daughters, Mrs. Eloda B. New-bergcr New-bergcr and Mrs. Gloria Anderson, both of 6c.lt Lake City; one son, Olade A. Berry of Kanarra, and feven grandchildren.
