Notice is hereby given that Horbort White and Hyrum Dalloy, whoso post office address is Summit, Utah, and Mayh'ew H. Dalley, whoso post office address is Cedar City, Utah, mado application ap-plication in accordance with tho requirements re-quirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by tho Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate eight (8) cubic-feet of water per sec. from Summit Creek, Iron Co., Utah. Said water was to have been diverted by means of a dam and a ditch, at a point which lies 530 feet west of the southeast corner of township 34 south, range 10 west, Salt Lake Daso and meridian, and conveyed for a distance dis-tance of 7,920 feet, and there used from March 15 to November 15, inclusive, in-clusive, of each year, to irrigate 300 acres of land embraced in sections 1 nnd 2, township 35 south, range 10 west, and section 30, township 34 south, range 10 west, Salt Lako base and meridian. Said applit ant now makes application in accordance with the requirements of section 1288x24, chapter G2, Session Laws of Utah, 1909, to divert the said water, at a point which bears north 85 degrees 10 minutes cast 1,320 feet from the south quarter corner of section 3G, township 34 south, rango 10 west, Salt Lake baso and meridian, and convey it by means of a ditch for a distance of 7,548.7 feet, there to bo used during dur-ing the period and for the purposo originally intended. This application is designated in tho State Kngincor's office as No. a232. All protests against tho granting of said application, Btating the reasons therefor, must be mado by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
