Show SUMMIT. s Summit, Jan. G, 1915. Our holiday season was ono of tho most enjoyable ever had. The health of tho people has as a rulo been very good thus far. Mr. and Mrs. Bradshaw and Mrs. Fox were hero spending part of tho holidays. m Mrs. Farnsworth who has been ill for so long a time is now nblo to bo about the house. The High School students gave an entertainment which showed what they were doing at school. Thoy certainly cer-tainly "boosted" for tho B. A. C. Mrs. William Smith has returned from Enterprise where she went to be with her daughter Mrs. Fred Jones who recently gave birth to a bouncing baby boy, Mrs. Wm. H. Dalley nnd Mr. and Mrs. Alex Dalley aro in Springdale having gone there to bo with their daughter and sister, Mrs. Jesse Gif-ford Gif-ford who is reported as being seriously serious-ly ill at that place. The winding up scene was a social given by Mr. ond Mrs. Martin Walker Walk-er at their now homo on tho Walker farm. The evening was spent very pleasantly nnd the most delicious refreshments re-freshments served, Mr. and Mrs. Walker know well how to entertain. Tho "stork" has mado his visits here this week leaving babies with Mr. and Mrs. Chamberlain and Mr, and Mrs. Madsen. To tho former n baby boy on January 3, Dr. F. Furton of Parowan attending. To tho latter a baby boy on January 5, with Dr. Macfarlane of Cedar in attendance. All concerned doing nicely. |
