Show Struck With His Own Hatchet. A dispatch from Limerick on Monday says two shoemakers named James Ca'sey and James Walsh were brought before Mr. John Ouinane, J. P., charged with wounding David Cronin, a carpenter, car-penter, with a hatchet. It would appear ap-pear that a row occurred between the three men. who reside in Robert street, : and t'ronin. whose depositions have been taken, states that a hatchet which he had in his hand was taken from him; that he was struck- twice with it on the head, inflicting two serious seri-ous wounds, but he does not know who struck him. Accused were remanded to petty sessions. |
