Show J EUREKA, lIEV. j Father Manion announces that if he is able to return by Saturday's train from his trip down the railroad there will be services at the Catholic church on Sunday at the usual hours. The condition of Thomas R. Whelan of Pine Valley, who has been in failing health for some time, has become critical. criti-cal. Rev. Father Manion has been called to his bedside and left by Friday's Fri-day's train for the Whelan ranch. The Kenneth Donnellan company of Tonopah, Goldfield and San Francisco, has resumed business and it is stated that the difficulties which compelled their suspension a short time ago have been cleared up without loss to the firm's patrons. Mrs. Elmira Thomas and her daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Maud Hamilton, and Mr. and Mrs. F. J. Keegan, all of San Francisco, Francis-co, are visiting with M. E. Thomas and family at their ranch near Palisade. M. McGarry and daughter, Mrs. Gertrude Ger-trude Iigar, and Mrs. A. McKay, returned re-turned to Eureka on Wednesday from a three weeks' visit at Hamilton. |
