Show Estimable Young Man Dead. Christopher Brockbank of German-town, German-town, Pa., died at the residence of rJIs. Conhng on Eddy street Tuesday evening, even-ing, at c4, o'clock. Death was due to an attack of tubercular meningitis, with which he had been suffering less than a week. Deceased came to Cheyenne Chey-enne from Denver about a month ago and entered the employe of Alex Turn-bull, Turn-bull, the undertaker. The remains were shipped to Germantown Wednesday Wednes-day morning. Deceased leaves a mother moth-er and four brothers to mourn his loss. He was not quite 22 years of age. Christopher Brockbank was a brother of Rev. Father Brockbank, the Dominican Domini-can of Denver. Although the young man resided here for a period covering only five weeks, he made many friends through his genial qualities and gentlemanly gen-tlemanly manners. Father Brockbank is just recovering from a severe surgical operation, and was unable to be in attendance at his brother's side. He sent Rev. Father McAllister, another Dominican, in his stead. |
