Show '--- -- -- 4 -r-r-r-f4-. : HELENA- i Father Holtman celebrated midnight Mass Xew Year's eve at the Orphan Asylum. Rev. Father Day ushered in the Xew Year by celebrating Mass at the. House of the Good Shepherd. Father Pirnat, pastor of Livingston, departed for Europe the past week. During his absence Father O'Brien will assume the pastorate of Livingston (Correspondence Intermountain Catholic ) Helena, Jan. 3. On Saturday last at the 11 a. m. High Mass Rev. Father Hopper opened the mission by a short sermon, pointing out the necessity, spirit and benefits to be derived. At 7:30 p. m. Father McCorry stirred many a torpid conscience by his eloquent sermon ser-mon on the "Salvation of the Soul." Dodgers were scattered throughout the city, giving all necessary data in regard re-gard to services. The mission will continue con-tinue for three weeks. The first week for women, the second for men, and the third will be for non-Catholics. Indications In-dications point-to the fact that the |
