Show ANACONDA, MONT. ' Dr. Spellman received a telegram on Monday evening notifying him of the death of his mother-in-law, Mrs. Co-burn, Co-burn, at North Yakima, Wash. The doctor at once took a special train for Durant and caught the westbound North Coast Limited. Mrs. Coburn was a former resident of Anaconda, and was well known here. Her death will be deeply regretted by the many friends of the family in this city. Mrs. Coburn was also the mother of Mrs. E. S. Maxwell Max-well of Seattle.' Mrs. Marcus Daly arrived in the city Monday evening on a special train and is visiting, at the home of her mother in this city. Miss Martha Evans, sister of Mrs. Daly, is reported to be quite ill at her home, 522 Hickory street. Miss Florence Flavin of Denver is in the city visiting Mrs. Joseph Devinc for a few weeks. Mrs. Michael Barry, one of the oldest residents of Anaconda, died at St. Ann's hospital Monday after a short illness. ill-ness. She was in advanced years and lived at 213 West Third street. No immediate im-mediate relatives are known, her husband hus-band having died ,.ome time ago. The funeral was held Tuesday morning at 9:30 o'clock. Mass was celebrated at St. Paul's church. |
