Chairman Henry Rawllngs outlined out-lined the county's proposed six year plan for highway construction in the countv after the present emergency is over. In Uiis plan the Preston-Grace road is project number 1, the Mink Creek road is project number 2. Other county roads are being considered and have their place in this six year plan, he said. A general discussion was naa about the various types of roads and their upkeep and after the matter was discussed it was agreed that the commissioners would do everything possible to further the construction and oiling of this Lin-l Lin-l rose road. Delegates present at the meeting included I. H. Nash, D. Arel Nash, Uless Nash, Raymond Hobbs, Chas. Sparrow, L. A. Bright, H. R. Bingham, Bing-ham, John S. Hobbs, David Nash, J.
