Show FAYETTE I Ella Bown, Correspondent o . o Antone Christensen and his son,. Dwayne, were Salt Lake visitors last week, motoring to the capital city Wednesday and returning Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Elgin Mellor, Glenn and Boyd Bartholomew, were among the Salt Lake visitors last week-end. While in the city they were combining combin-ing business with pleasure. Thursday of last week Miss Lola Olsen and her brother, Donald, returned return-ed from a ten-day visit at Manti. While at Manti they were guests at the home of their grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Jensen. Miss Alta Brown of Manti, who is stake secretary of the South Sanpete genealogical society, and an active temple worker, was a visitor at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Bown over the week-end. Thursday night of last week the dramatic club of Levan presented two one-act plays, entitled "Raw Men" and "Where the Road Tunis." The plays, as well as the dance which followed, fol-lowed, were well attended, and there was a large crowd from neighboring towns nresent. Alta and Ella Bown were dinner guests at the home of Bishop and Mrs. Henry L. Bartholomew Sunday afternoon. A, delicious dinner was served to the immediate family and guests at three o'clock. |
