Show 1M Oldest Sotial Club f 60c Holds Annual Fete RE Members of the Bonne Foi club, Jain one of the oldest social clubs of Gun-;S Gun-;S nison, having been organized since 1 1919, enjoyed their 15th annual dinner party at the Wistaria Monday after-gS after-gS noon. Gunnison Valley grown turkey """ "1 was the piece de resistance, and with 0 a splendid array of other delicacies, the feast proved a real one. The club membership, confined to fifteen, were ' all present with one exception, Mrs. Yf , W. J. Gribble, who is visiting in the northwest. And in the group were three charter members, Mrs. N. L. tw Hermansen, Mrs. J. A. Hagan and er Mrs. Leola Edwards. The long table was gracefully decorated with late , fall flowers, and the spirit, charac- teristic of the Bonne Foi members, was evidenced by the delightful time around the festal board. Ordinarily, k the husbands of club members are jM made special guests, but this year I only the members were at the an-1 an-1 nual fete. Following the banquet at the Wis-8 Wis-8 taria, the members went to the home of Mrs. Eva Jensen, where the balance il of the afternoon was spent in a lively session of progressive bridge. High il score prizes were won by Mrs. Leola il Edwards and Mrs. N. L. Hermansen, I with the consolation going to Mrs. W Claud Miehaelsen. 1 |
