Show !GLEN R. BENSON MARRIES; HONEYMOON AT HONOLULU Clen R. Benson, well known business busi-ness man, and prominently known throughout Southern Utah, deserted bachelorhood Wednesday of last week when he claimed Miss Virginia Es-person, Es-person, a well known educator, as his bride. The ceremony was performed at the Salt Lake temple Wednesday morning of last week, and following a wedding supper was served1 at the Ambassador hotel in Salt Lake. Some forty intimate relatives and close friends were present at the supper, among them being Mr. and Mrs. C. E. Andersen of this city. Mrs. Andersen is a sister to the groom. Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Benson, the r.ewlyweds, set sail from Los Angeles for Honolulu, where they wdll spend a five weeks' honeymoon trip. Mr. Benson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Benson of Ephraim, through his business transactions, is widely known throughout this section. He graduatel from Snow college at Eph-ra;m, Eph-ra;m, and later attended the University Univer-sity of Utah. His bride is the daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. C. F. Esperson of Midvale. She graduated from the University of LTtah, and later chose teaching as a vocation. For the past three years she had been a valued instructor in-structor in the Ephraim high school. |
