Show Teachers Selected For Valley Schools Monday, September 10 students of the various schools throughout the valley, will lay aside "vacation thoughts," and again turn to the development de-velopment of mind for a further education. edu-cation. September 10 has been named as the opening of the 1928-29 school session according to Superintendent E. T. Reid, the first half year will close January 25, 1929, with the second sec-ond semester beginning January 28. The date for the closing of the term will be May 20, 1929. The holiday holi-day dates set aside during the school term have been designated as follows: fol-lows: Utah Educational convention, October 18-19; Thanksgiving vacation, vaca-tion, November 29-30; Christmas vacation, va-cation, December 22 to January 2; Washington's birthday, February 22. The teaching corps for Gunnison valley, which includes Gunnison high and grade schools, Centerfield, May-field May-field high and elementary, Sterling, Axtell, Fayette and Clarion, are as follows: Gunnison High school Leo D.
