With the new $100,000 racing plant, ont of the finest in the west, and what i poialbljr the greatest gathering of blooded running horses west of Chicago, the great dirt circle promises to be one of the biggest drawing cards of the fair. Each day. beginning at 2:15 there will be two big trotting events and seven thrilling running races. The fascination of seeing those fast blacks and bays come tearing neck n year. and neck down the stretch to the judgei' stand at high flight of speed will draw many thousands of visitors. Big purses are offered on race, ranging from $400 to $2500. The Pari-Mutuel system of batting under the supervision of the Utah Racing Commission, Commis-sion, will be carried out. |
