Show son, Mayfield, Utah, Serial No. 033685, we will offer at public sale, to the highest bidder, but at not less than $1.50 per acre at 10:30 o'clock a. m., on the 16th day of September, 1924, next, at this ofice, the following. follow-ing. tract of land: SESWVi, Sec. 34; Twp. 19 South, Range 2 East, S. L. M. This tract is ordered into the market on a showing that the greater portion thereof is mountainous mountain-ous or too rough for cultivation. This land will be sold in accordance with and subject to the provisions and reservations res-ervations of the act of June 22, 1910, (36 Stat., 583.) The sale will not be kept open, but will be declared closed when those present at the hour named have ceased bidding. The person making the higest bid will be required to immediately im-mediately pay to the Receiver the amount thereof.
