Show Modern Machinery For Local Bakery With the ' installation of several new devices for aiding in the making mak-ing of bread, Adolph Peterson, proprietor pro-prietor of the Elite Bakery and Cafe, can now boast of a system surpassing anything in the state outside of Salt Lake City. With the completion of the installation of a modern dough moulding machine, which does half 'of the weighing and all of the moulding mould-ing and rolling, two proofers, one used after the moulding process and one for completing the process just before the bread is placed in the oven, the bakery is now prepared to supply the trade with bread made in the most sanitary way. . In addition to the appliances above mentioned, Mr. Peterson has placed in his shop a modern bread wrapping machine. All the pound loaves and the pound and a half loaves will now be placed on the market in oiled paper pa-per which will keep the bread sanitary, sani-tary, free from dust, and it will always al-ways be soft and moist. With the new system the bakery now has a capacity of 1,000-loaves of bread daily and later it' is intended to purchase a truck and deliveries will be made to all the nearby towns and patronage from northern Sevier county will be sought. Bert Cooper, who has had twenty years' experience in the bakery business busi-ness in Salt Lake City, has been retained re-tained by Mr. Peterson in the Elite and beginning this'week' the output of the local concern will be larger than ever before. |
