Show MJTIMOUV tlUVJS By Betty Wiley 624-3215 Anywhere anyone looks this week you can see deer hunters, elk hunters, duck hunters, etc. Hopefully they will be able to fill their licenses. Most come in here in pickups with trailers behind loaded with one or more ATV's. In LDS Sacrament meeting, Tyson Westwood and Beth Porter received their "Faith In God" awards presented by Bishop Westwood. The Relief Society Enrichment night was well attended as 15 ladies attended to hear Bishop Tim Westwood speak. Relief Society presidency presiden-cy Mary Dell Lindgren and Bernice Jolley were in charge of the program and a light lunch. Cub Scout Fitness Day was held in Panguitch on Sept. 5 and stake fall Scout Camp was held in Hatch. Stake choir practice for LDS stake conference was held in Circleville last Sunday and will be held at 5 p.m. this Sunday. Scott and Beth Gleave are now staying full time with their son Randy and wife Janet Gleave. Dick Green was taken by ambulance to the hospital in Panguitch and seems to be doing well right now, but his heart was , troubling him. Janice and her husband Jerry Argille and his two brothers Dennis and Brad with their wives were here over the week- ' end to enjoy the fall colors and . to picnic with Ned and Coy Burr ; on the mountain. Lisa and Ray nelson of Sandy stopped here overnight with her parents, the Ned Burrs. Marcia Tobiasson and Van and Betty Wiley traveled to Salt Lake City to see a grandson and great-grandson play hockey -with the Las Vegas Outlaws. He; is 8 years old and has been play- -ing hockey for two years. |
