Charlotte, Will, Jeremy and Veronica Lane of Page, Ariz., -visited with Ruth Wilson. Also Cindy Sawyer of Orem, Todd and Lynette and children of Bountiful, Carolyn and Scott Poulsen and children of Salt Lake City, Jared Wood of Las j Vegas were here to ' turn the water out of their home. They ' also visited with Ruth. . The DUP meeting was held at the home of May Sawyer. The lesson was on Beaver County, presented by May Sawyer. A . potluck dinner was served. There were four present and three children. Darol and Beth and May Sawyer went to St. George and went to the LDS temple. They brought Sarah and Rebecca Allred back with them. Lyle and Ann Allred came out on . Saturday and stayed until . Monday. They took the children back home with them. Visiting with Janett Young was Susan Myer and boys and Dan Young, all of Cedar City. Shirley Wilhelm and Shelly Burrows went to the LDS Temple in St, George. Visiting with Shelley and Merrill Burrows on Sunday was Phil Burrows of Hurricane and Misty and Mattie Burrows of Cedar City. They helped Shelly celebrate cele-brate her birthday on Sunday. Marie and Austin Barnhurst just returned from Mesquite, . Nev. They had been down ; checking on their home. Craig and Terry Barney and family and Layton and Floriene Barney all went to Provo to have a family get-together for Floriene's birthday. The LDS M.I.A. held a Bunco party at the home of Wallace and Marilyn Heap. Robert Craw of Minersville has been over checking up on Leland Riggs' home. Deon and Christy Dutton went to Cedar City. The Hatch Fire Department will hold a CPR class on Oct. . 24. Our sympathy, our love, aand compassion go out to all the 1 family of little 9-year-old Brooke Corwin who died in a tragic accident Oct. 15 here in , Hatch. Her funeral services were held here Oct. 19. |
